Job Duties:
• Ensure the conformity and proper operation of electrical systems and equipment before start-up and throughout production.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC-related problems affecting production equipment.
• Support PLC programming, modifications, parameter adjustments, and system improvements as required.
• Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs and control logic in coordination with machine and process requirements.
• Execute electrical and automation projects across both factories.
• Study new production and maintenance projects and recommend technical solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, safety, and productivity.
• Install, assemble, test, commission, and troubleshoot new machines and equipment.
• Analyze recurring equipment failures and lead root-cause analysis to eliminate chronic breakdowns.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and availability.
• Contribute to reducing electrical and automation-related downtime.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians and other relevant team members.
• Train maintenance personnel on electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, PLCs, automation systems, and new technologies where required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably within a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proven practical experience with PLC systems, programming, troubleshooting, and modifications.
• Good knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, instrumentation, VFDs, sensors, motors, and electrical protection systems.
• Experience with machine installation, commissioning, upgrades, and technology implementation.

المهام الوظيفية:

• تطوير وتعديل وتحسين برامج PLC ومنطق التحكم بالتنسيق مع متطلبات الآلة والعملية.
• تنفيذ مشاريع الكهرباء والأتمتة عبر المصانعتين.
• دراسة مشاريع الإنتاج والصيانة الجديدة وتوصية حلول تقنية تحسن الكفاءة والموثوقية والسلامة والإنتاجية.
• تركيب وتجميع واختبار وتكليف وتحري الخلل في ماكينات ومعدات جديدة.
• تحليل أعطال المعدات المتكررة وقيادة تحليل السبب الجذري لإزالة الأعطال المزمنة.
• تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات لتحسين موثوقية وتوفر المعدات.
• الإسهام في تقليل توقفات العمل المرتبطة بالكهرباء والأتمتة.
• تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد لفنيي الصيانة وأعضاء الفريق المعنيين.
• تدريب موظفي الصيانة على أنظمة الكهرباء وتقنيات الاستكشاف والتصحيح و PLCs وأنظمة الأتمتة والتقنيات الجديدة عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات:
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الكهربائية والأتمتة، أو هندسة الميكاترونيك، أو تخصص هندسي ذو صلة.
• خبرة صناعية عملية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات، ويفضل في بيئة تصنيع/سلع استهلاكية سريعة التداول.
• خبرة عملية قوية في صيانة الكهرباء الصناعية واستكشاف الأعطال.
• خبرة عملية مثبتة في أنظمة PLC والبرمجة والتصحيح والتعديلات.
• معرفة جيدة بالأتمتة الصناعية وأنظمة التحكم والقياسات والمحركات وVFDs وأجهزة الاستشعار وأنظمة الحماية الكهربائية.
• خبرة في تركيب الماكينات وتكليفها وتحديثها وتنفيذ التكنولوجيا.
