As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating automated platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of the MX platform across SaaS, cloud, and on-premise environments. You will play a key role in CI/CD implementation, jobs automation, environment management, and production reliability, working closely with development, QA, and client-facing teams.

1. Environment & Platform Management

• Deploy and manage MX environments across development, testing, and production stages
• Handle environment lifecycle: provisioning, configuration, upgrades & patching, decommissioning
• Ensure environments are standardized, reproducible, and compliant
• Support multi-client and multi-environment setups in SaaS or hybrid models

2. CI/CD & Release Engineering

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration, testing, and deployment across multiple environments
• Ensure pipeline stability minimizing build failures and delays
• Implement automated build, packaging, and deployment processes
• Enforce version control best practices (branching strategies, tagging, artifact management)
• Support release cycles

3. Automation

• Plan & Code Templates stored in Git repositories alongside application code, allowing template updates to be version-controlled, code-reviewed, and tracked
• Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and upgrades
• Build reusable automation components to improve scalability and consistency

4. Monitoring & Reliability

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Drive observability, incident analysis, and reliability improvements.

5. Data & Environment Operations

• Manage data provisioning, masking, and lifecycle activities.
• Support database migration, sanitization, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards

6. Incident Management

• Act as an escalation point for platform and environment issues.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Bachelor in Computer Engineering or Computer Science

1 to 4 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, Software Engineering or a relevant field

Technical Skills

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
• Version control systems: Git (advanced usage)
• Scripting: Shell, Python, Java, Groovy
• Operating systems: Linux/Unix
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure/GCP is a plus
• Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar
• DevOps & Platform Expertise
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in complex environments
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
• Exposure to SaaS / distributed architectures
