· Greet customers.
· Perform service transactions through the relevant platforms.
· Process hardware transactions.
· Check and update interfaces such as CRM, Intranet, Emerald, and Finapp.
· Process cash, card, and other payment methods.
· Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, including Billing, Accounting, Customer Service, Customer Care, Collection, Sales, and Logistics.
· Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Deliver cash to the collection team
