Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Sales Specialist located in Beirut, Lebanon.
The Freight Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing custom-tailored shipping solutions, delivering excellent customer service, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
- Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
- Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
- Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
- Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
- Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.
Desired Skills
- In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
- Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and its regulations would be an asset
- Proven track record in sales with experience in creating and delivering effective sales presentations
- Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
- A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible experience for customers
- Training and sales management experience are beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
