Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in finance to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks for our executives while also taking on responsibilities related to finance, including coordinating with banks and managing financial documents.



Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.

2. Financial Coordination:
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions on behalf of the executives.
• Monitor and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.

3. Communication and Documentation:
• Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executives.
• Compile and organize financial data for reporting purposes.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding financial matters.

4. Task Prioritization:
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and urgent matters with a sense of urgency.




Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a focus on finance-related tasks.
• Familiarity with financial principles, banking processes, and reporting.
3. Skills:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
4. Adaptability:
• Flexibility in handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities
