Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager . You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key customers, and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop competitive strategies.
Travel to meet with customers and attend industry events as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
