What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for a qualified candidate who possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate seamless collaboration with team members, suppliers, and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in delivering clear and concise instructions to ensure a streamlined production flow. We need someone who is skilled at problem-solving and is capable of addressing challenges within the production process. The candidate should also be capable of analyzing and optimizing production processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Also someone who is flexible in adapting to changing priorities and production demands and has experience in managing production within a fast-paced and dynamic environment and has a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams and being able to inspire and motivate team members to work collaboratively towards common production goals.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a comprehensive inventory of clothes and haberdashery materials, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Implement efficient systems for tracking, restocking, and organizing inventory to optimize availability and minimize stockouts.
Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast and ensure an adequate supply of raw materials for production.
Supervise and oversee the overall production process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with different departments, such as production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless workflow and effective communication.
Address any issues in the production process to minimize impact on delivery schedules.
Establish quality control measures throughout the production process to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Manage and lead a team of tailors, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance the skills and efficiency of the production team.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and addressing any performance concerns or issues.
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and targets, considering factors such as demand, resources, and capacity.
Coordinate with different departments, including sales, procurement, and logistics, to optimize production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, resource availability, or production capacity, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.




What You'll Need as Qualifications and Requirements to Succeed:

Academic B/G: Minimum BA in degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or textile industry.
Languages: Arabic, English
Technical Skills:Proficient in using Google Drive, Word, and Excel for documentation and data management. Familiarity with inventory management software for efficient tracking.
Pattern Making (Not a requirement but beneficial):Knowledge of pattern making is a valuable asset, contributing to design and production efficiency.
Characteristics: Excellent organizational and planning skills ,the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and a creative approach to problem solving.
