Shop Manager (centro Mall)

Key Responsibilities:• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide regular feedbacks on customers' needs, markets’ trends and competitors’ activities in the market.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure a smooth receiving process of items/shipments and monitor all kind of inventory activities including shipments, transfers between shops, transfers to/from warehouse, damaged items, etc...
• Analyze daily/weekly sales performance, monitor selling items, missing sizes/ and product rotation in order to identify replenishment needs, place accurate orders, meet stock performance objectives and maximize sales.
• Prepare the schedule based on daily sales targets, events and operational needs (including shipments, stock count, sale, etc.)
• Train, motivate and evaluate team members
• Oversee the shop's image and ensure its compliance with the brand’s standards, verify and follow up on the cleanliness, display and maintenance of the shop including the window, cash and stock room.
• Ensuring the store operates in compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Requirements: • Previous experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
