We are a leading Retail Architecture and interior design firm located in Beirut, currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect with Great 3D and Interior Design skills, with experience in Retail design and great knowledge of Sketchup.
Job Purpose:
As a Senior Retail Designer you are responsible for delivering the highest standard of creative concepts. It is your role to provide strategically based design solutions that inspire, innovate, and challenge the objectives of the client brief.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic design rationale, mood boards and research for all creative
• Able to Develop multiple creative concepts and styles
• Develop design details and architectural drawings and fixtures design
• Lead and help manage support team on drawings and details
• Attend daily meeting with the team
• Meet weekly client deadlines
Key Skills
• Ability to manage your time and effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet tight deadlines
• Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Conceptual designer who understands/ retail stores/ supermarket design / restaurants design
• Autocad knowledge is a must
• Advanced Sketchup 3D Skills
• Enscape or Vray for sketchup knowledge.
• Rendering skills.
Requirements
• Ability to work from home full time in a calm environment
• Must have adequate equipment
Education
• Diploma in Architecture or Interior design from a reputable university
• Copy of the diploma / Grades required.
• Portfolio required
