Floor Supervisor - Batroun

Job Purpose:
Manage the opening and closing operations, delegate tasks to employees throughout the day, and ensure each customer has an excellent experience.

Responsibilities:
•Performing opening, mid and closing shift duties
•Managing daily operations including cleanliness, organization, up selling and staffing
•Zone management
•Managing guest relations
•Providing exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
•Making hiring and termination recommendations to the Operations Manager
•Training, coaching, developing and disciplining all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback and the establishment of performance expectations
•Implementing training programs
•Managing supplies deliveries and inventory
•Ensuring sanitation

Job Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor
•Previous experience in a resort is a plus
•Positive Attitude
•Flexible
•Fluent in Arabic & English, French is a plus
