A leading reputable Jewelry brand in Zouk Mikael, Lebanon is seeking an E-Commerce Administrator to encompass various aspects of website management, from data integration to website auditing, and product addition.

Job Role:
• Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
• Product management in relation to prices, stocks, promotion, layout, images and content related
• Data entry of products including extended product descriptions, price and product images
• Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
• Update content managed areas (copy & artwork)
• Manage website configuration & parameters (eg payment options, stock management)
• Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
• Liaise with e-commerce agency regarding the day to day management of the website
• Liaise with internal employees regarding the day to day management of the website
• Create banners, images, promotions etc for display on the website (using products like Photoshop)

Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in marketing or related
• Minimum 2 years of experience as E-Commerce Administrator
• Experience as a Photographer is preferred
• Able to cope with fast pace working environment
• Strong communication skills
• Well-detailed and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
Excellent organizational and time management
• Experience using Excel, Word, and knowledge in Photoshop
