We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Officer to join our office team in west Bekaa "Khirbat Kanafar". In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing product information and recommendations needed to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Collaborating with the production team to meet and exceed sales targets/goals
- Strong follow up with customers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- 2+ years of sales and customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
