The candidate will work closely with our HR Consultants to develop and implement a comprehensive HR structure within a 3-4-month timeframe.

As the appointed candidate, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate should possess:

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in employee relations, HR support, organization capability, change management, recruitment.
- management development, and performance management.
- Fluency in English is a requirement.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of HR laws and regulations is also expected
