A reputable company is currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join their beauty and personal care store in Beirut. 

- Handle accounts payable and receivable for the store, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support the management team in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.


• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.


• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Familiarity with the beauty and personal care industry is a plus.
