A Reputable Company located in Jnah is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative.
Main Duties:
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Sell products and services.
- Execute customer sales orders, delivery out, sales returns, claims, and catalogues.
- Follow up with sales team and customers on invoicing and money collection.
- Execute development and improvement actions to the department.
- Promote new arrival items to customers.
- Work along with accounting department for payments and cash arrangement.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 2 plus years of experience in a similar role.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
