A Reputable Company located in Jnah is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative.


Main Duties:



  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

  • Sell products and services.

  • Execute customer sales orders, delivery out, sales returns, claims, and catalogues.

  • Follow up with sales team and customers on invoicing and money collection.

  • Execute development and improvement actions to the department.

  • Promote new arrival items to customers.

  • Work along with accounting department for payments and cash arrangement.

Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.

  • 2 plus years of experience in a similar role.

  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Fluent in English.
