About the Candidate:
We are seeking a very proactive and extremely detail-oriented candidate for the position of
Personal Assistant who will be based in Lebanon.
The Personal Assistant is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations,
procedures and resources of the Managing Partner to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency for
the entire organization.
The position reports to the Managing Partner.
Core Mandatory Requirements:
1. Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public
Relations, or any related field;
• A Master Degree is a plus.
2. Experience:
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of office administration experience;
• Experienced as a PA with the high ability to manage the office tasks;
• Event planning experience is highly desired.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments, business meetings and handle the Managing
Partner’s calendars and schedules;
- Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up
with those that require answers, responses, and written replies;
Oversee general office operations on a day-to-day basis;
- Maintain office conditions and arranging necessary repairs;
- Manage office budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting;
- Delegate assignments to ensure maximum productivity;
- Coordinate business travel, including flight, visa, hotel, and car rental
reservations
- Produce reports, compose correspondence, write minutes of meeting and
draft new contracts;
- Attend meetings as recommended by the Managing Partner, and ensure
following-up on decisions in minutes of meetings and its proper execution;
- Prepare meeting agendas;
- May conduct research (within skills and expertise) to assist with prospecting or
projects
- Responds to and resolves the team’s administrative inquiries and questions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
