  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors in the local and international markets
  • Sourcing raw materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
  • Negotiating pricing and other contract terms with suppliers
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Reviewing the quality of purchased products
  • Updating the vendor list including all needed suppliers’ information
  • Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Skills

  • Ability to clearly communicate information both verbal and in writing in English and Arabic languages
  • Ability to meet deadline and to be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and to have a positive attitude
  • Ability to use MsOffice suite
