Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled warehouse manager for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a company in Chouiefat area who will oversee the operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and KPIs

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
