Pre-Sales Executive

Job description
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Conduct product presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and value proposition of IT solutions
• Join sales team during customers meetings
• Develop detailed proposals including: scope of work, technical specs, solution design, prices, and deadlines
• Stay updated on IT trends, solutions, and services (including hardware and software) and keep full understanding of our product portfolio
• Stay updated with market prices (Local and global)
• Maintain excellent relations with suppliers
• Coordinate with Service Manager when developing a proposal
• Archive all pre-sales records for easy access and any future need

Qualifications and Skills
• University degree in computer science, Information technology, engineering, or another related field
• 2-4 years of experience in IT industry Pre-sales or IT industry corporate sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and proactive
• Team player
• Analytical thinker and detailed oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
