Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background in the healthcare industry and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.
- Promote and sell our medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer complaints or issues.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Biomedical, Pharmasict, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
- Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical products.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office.
