Sales Agent

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent with experience in the trade industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and Arabic and have a high sales pitch. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals in the trade industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the trade industry.
  3. Understand clients' trade needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
  4. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients in order to showcase products or services.
  5. Negotiate and close trade deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process in the trade industry.
  7. Stay updated on trade industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of trade products or services to clients.
  9. Prepare and submit accurate trade sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
  10. Attend trade industry events and conferences to expand network and promote company's trade products or services.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Agent in the trade industry.
  2. Proficient in English and Arabic.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the trade industry.
  6. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  9. Ability to travel as required for trade industry events.
