Quality Manager

Job Duties, not limited to the following:

- Manage the quality department staff and suggest necessary trainings for improvement
- Communicate, implement, and enforce Quality Management System requirements at factory
- Prepare and update when needed documents, policies, and procedures related to QMS
- Conduct internal audits and collaborate with operations on the initiation of corrective action and preventative measures when necessary.
- Manage and follow up with the quality team on their QMS tasks.
- Follow up with Procurement on suppliers.
- Create and update production flow charts, HACCP, and any other risk assessment needed for the QMS.
- Coordinate with the certification body concerning audit dates or any other inquiry
- Follow up on customers’ complaints.
- Ensure that a quality system is in place and followed, is efficient and obtains expected results for the production facilities, contractors, suppliers, and warehouses
- Monitor quality performance in the daily production reports for opportunities to improve
