Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Lebanon

A leading company in Beirut, is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist who will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee compensation and benefits programs within the organization and ensure that compensation packages are competitive, aligned with organizational goals, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Additionally, to oversee the administration of employee benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration. “Not less than 3 years”
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Knowledge of employee benefits programs and administration.
- Certified Compensation Professional – CCP is a plus.
