*Responsibilities:*

1. *Manage IT Infrastructure:* Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.

2. *Ensure Data Security:* Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company and customer data from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats.

3. *Systems Administration:* Administer and support servers, databases, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.

4. *IT Support:* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

5. *Develop IT Policies and Procedures:* Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

6. *Vendor Management:* Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery of IT services.

7. *Project Management:* Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, to meet business objectives on time and within budget.

8. *Stay Current with Technology Trends:* Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT, and make recommendations for their adoption to enhance the company's competitive advantage.

9. *Training and Development:* Provide training and guidance to IT staff and end-users on new technologies, tools, and processes to promote continuous learning and skill development.

10. *Disaster Recovery Planning:* Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the company's IT systems can recover quickly and effectively in the event of a disruption or disaster.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong technical expertise in networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and work effectively under pressure
