Summary

We seek a motivated Business Development Manager with 2-7 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales (ideally ERP, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, etc.). You’ll expand our client base by identifying qualified leads, building relationships, and demonstrating how our ERP solutions solve business pain points. Strong communication, consultative selling skills, and drive to exceed targets are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively find new clients through research, networking, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach via cold calls to decision-makers.
Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls to uncover client processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new ERP opportunities.
Developing Sales Strategies: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and meaningful marketing contents
Qualifications

Experience: 2-7 years of B2B software sales success, preferably with ERP/CRM systems.
Business Acumen: Translate technical features into solutions that resonate with executives.
Consultative Selling: Focus on uncovering needs and offering value-driven solutions.
