This position offers the opportunity to work from home and contribute to the success of our fitness club by handling sales inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with membership inquiries, class schedules, and general club information.
3. Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
4. Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into memberships.
5. Provide support to members regarding billing, account changes, and other inquiries.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience in sales and customer service roles preferred.
2. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Familiarity with fitness clubs or a passion for health and wellness is a plus.
5. Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
