Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Floor Manager in supervising the day-to-day functions of all restaurant employees, facilities, sales and cost.
2. Assists in controlling and analyzing on an on-going basis the following:
• Guest Satisfaction
• Sanitation, Cleanliness and Hygiene.
3. Assists the Floor Manager in supervising, coordinating and directing the prompt, efficient and courteous service of Food & Beverage in the restaurant.
4. Establishes and maintains effective employees’ relations.
5. Conducts under the guidance of the Floor Manager such functions as employees’ orientation, on the job performance, coaching, and counseling to ensure appropriate productivity.
6. Reports to the Floor Manager any problems that occur during the day
7. Replaces cashiers in order taking and usage of P.O.S to cash pending bills.
8. Aware of the right cooking and storing temperatures (Fryers, Coolers, Freezers, Juice Dispensers)
9. Assists the Floor Manager in the employees’ evaluations.
10. Maintains liaison with the kitchen pass during service time.
11. Participates in service as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant.
12. Supervises employees’ grooming and appearance.
13. Ensures that stocks for daily use are met in coordination with the Floor Manager.
14. Takes care of the reservation and private parties in the absence of the Floor Manager.
15. In the absence of the Floor Manager, conducts all administrative work required including but not limited to:
• Attendance records.
• Duty roster.
• Log book.
16. Takes the responsibilities of the Floor Manager in his absence.
17. Follows up on all the maintenance of the restaurant equipment and building and report to the Floor Manager any maintenance or reparation issues
18. In the absence of the Floor Manager, attends necessary meetings:
19. Familiarizes himself with the following:
• Fire Procedures
• Crisis Management System
• First Aid Procedures
• Health & Safety Policies and Procedures / Insurance
• Security Procedures
• Product Knowledge
20. Checks the in-house guest list and follow-up expected arrivals for the special meal arrangements in the absence of the Floor Manager.
21. Checks the Cleanliness and Hygiene of the whole Restaurant.
22. Checks and explains new items to the staff.
23. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
24. Is responsible of filling and properly adapting to the restaurant opening and closing checklists.
25. Undertakes any other reasonable task requested by top management.

Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• English Proficiency.
• Good Communication skills
