We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. You will play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  2. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  4. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  6. Collect and analyze feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions
  7. Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  2. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  6. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
