Liban Lait is the name of the largest dairy farm in Lebanon, founded in 1997. Liban Lait produces and distributes dairy products in Lebanon. It has a franchise agreement with Candia, the leading producers of UHT milk in France, allowing it to manufacture and distribute products under the Candia brand name.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients, we are seeking a passionate and driven Horeca Sales Representative to help us expand our market and strengthen relationships with our valued customers.

As a Horeca Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships with the hospitality, restaurant, online stores and catering sectors. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and promote our extensive range of products to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire new accounts within the Horeca sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and foster new business relationships.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field.
· Proven track record of success in Horeca sales with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
· Strong understanding in the hospitality, restaurant and catering industry, including market dynamics and customer preferences.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and result- driven attitude.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
· Fluent in Arabic, English and French
