Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales representative to join our team. The Sales Rep will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients. While previous experience in sales is preferred, we are willing to consider fresh graduate candidates with the right skill set and a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels
Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, demonstrating a results-oriented approach to sales.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a related field
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a knack for closing deals and overcoming objections.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive attitude towards seeking out new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-discipline and accountability.
Familiarity with web development technologies and industry trends is a plus
