Junior Executive Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Operational Manager. This role requires a combination of accounting and finance expertise along with proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1.     Financial Management:

·      Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

·      Monitor financial performance against budget and provide regular reports to senior management.

·      Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

·      Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

2.     Operational Oversight:

·      Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

·      Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures to optimize workflow.

·      Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

·      Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

3.     Leadership and Team Management:

·      Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

·      Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring accountability and productivity.

·      Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

·      Mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

4.     Project Management:

·      Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency or implementing new initiatives.

·      Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

·      Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

5.     Communication and Stakeholder Management:

·      Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

·      Liaise with external partners, vendors, and clients as needed.

·      Address inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
