Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative needed for a Company in Dbayeh.
Duty Time: Monday till Friday from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

· Reaching out to new potential prospects

· Prospecting and collecting their own data and reaching out to them.

· Manage the sales cycle from contacting clients to securing deals and following up with prospects throughout the cycle to ensure needs are being met.

· Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into clients and long-term partnerships.

· Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

· Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.

· Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.

· Maintaining a database of contact information.

· Able to reach monthly sales targets.

· Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.

· Remain in regular contact with the clients to understand and meet their needs.

· Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Business Development Representative Requirements

· Proven experience in corporate Sales, B2B sales, or similar sales roles for at least 2 years

· Great spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic

· The drive and energy to prospect for new opportunities.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

· Knowledge in the training field and/or digital marketing is a plus

· Strong presentation and negotiation skills and ability to build relationships

· Good organizational and time management skills

· Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles

· Basic knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
