Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. She will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Job Description
- Meet and assist patients as needed
- Act as a point of contact with patients
- Answering calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Update customer’s files
- Follow up on retail clients’ installments.
- Issuing receipts, invoices, reports and offers for patients and wholesales
- Recording day to day daily incoming sales
- Handle Office Monthly expenses
- Maintaining stock / On-going updated stock file
- Ensure that all wholesales statements of accounts are up to dated
- Follow up wholesale’s payments / Settlement of account
- Order office supplies
- Sending emails
- Direct contact with the accountant
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Administration or equivalent
- Three to Five years of experience in administration
- Lives in Beirut
- Age between 25 and 35
