Location: Amioun, El Koura, Lebanon

Key Responsibilities:
 Social Media Publishing: Develop and implement social media calendars for clients, ensuring timely and consistent posting across various platforms.
 Content Ideation & Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to brainstorm compelling social media content ideas, incorporating effective LLM usage for copywriting or concept generation.
 Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online reviews to cultivate brand loyalty and positive interactions.
 Paid Advertising Support: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid social media campaigns.
 Reporting & Analysis: Track key social media metrics, identify trends, and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies.

Requirements:
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, with a demonstrable understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.).
 Proficiency in using LLMs (Large Language Models) for social media content creation and optimization.
 Excellent copywriting skills in English and Arabic with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
 Experience managing social media for diverse businesses is essential.
 Data-driven mindset with a working knowledge of social media analytics tools.
 Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client expectations and deadlines.

Desired Skills & Pluses:
 Fluency in French would be a significant advantage.
 Experience with social media advertising and paid campaign management.
 Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
 Being up-to-date with new technologies and AI platforms relevant to marketing is a plus
