We are looking for a cash van in the Matn and Keserwan area to:

- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling products to groceries and mini markets within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to acquire new accounts.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and buying patterns to tailor sales strategies and maximize revenue.
- Plan daily routes efficiently to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries to designated locations.
- Load and unload products onto the cash van, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Manage inventory levels on the cash van, ensuring adequate stock availability to fulfill customer orders.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile inventory records to identify discrepancies and minimize losses.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to replenish stock as needed, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Collect payments from customers promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment collections.
- Safeguard cash and valuables during transit and handle all financial transactions with integrity and accountability.
- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns as directed by the sales and marketing teams.
- Provide product demonstrations or samples to customers as needed to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Communicate feedback, market insights, and customer requests to the sales supervisor or relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance skills and contribute to team goals.

Candidate profile:
Must have 1-3 years of experience in this field
