We are looking for a Modern Trade Sales Representative in the Matn and Beirut regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the modern trade channel, including retail chains, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and department stores.
- Identify key decision-makers within each account and establish regular communication to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Negotiate terms of trade agreements, pricing, promotions, and merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance profitability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to execute sales initiatives effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities within the modern trade channel, including potential new accounts, market segments, or product categories.
- Prospect and onboard new accounts through effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Conduct regular market visits, trade shows, and promotional events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport and trust with customers by understanding their business objectives and delivering value-added solutions and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key accounts, managing communication and feedback effectively.
- Prepare regular sales reports, and performance metrics to track progress against sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to management on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitive trends.

Candidate Profile:
Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in this field
