Wholesaler Channel Sales Representative

We are looking for a Wholesaler Channel Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, and trade partners within the traditional trade channel.
- Collaborate with wholesalers to develop sales strategies, promotional plans, and distribution agreements to maximize product availability and sales.
- Conduct regular business reviews with wholesalers to evaluate performance, address issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and volume objectives set by the company through effective management of wholesalers and distribution networks.
- Expand product distribution by prospecting and onboarding new wholesalers and distributors in untapped markets or territories.
- Monitor and ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at the point of sale through regular store visits and audits.
-Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute trade promotion programs, incentives, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Provide wholesalers with marketing materials, product samples, and sales support tools to facilitate sales efforts and promotions.
- Analyze the effectiveness of trade promotions and marketing activities, gathering feedback and insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and payment collection from wholesalers and distributors in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and product rotation at wholesalers' warehouses to ensure freshness, minimize stock outs, and reduce excess inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to address inventory shortages, stock replenishment, and delivery scheduling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the traditional trade channel, gathering insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitive analysis to assess pricing, promotions, and product offerings in comparison to competitors.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive threats to support strategic planning and business development.

Candidate profile:
Must have 2-4 years of experience in this field
