Sales Consultant & Client Advisor - Luxury Atelier

Role Purpose

The Sales Consultant & Client Advisor is responsible for devising plans to promote, sell products (dresses, accessories, etc.) and to deliver excellent services while maintaining outstanding customer experience.

He/ she is liable for identifying leads and creating business relations with prospective new clients in specific territories.

The Sales Consultant & Client Advisor is accountable to be an intermediary between company and the VIP Client, provide assistance and services while ensuring customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and conduct market research to develop and implement sales initiatives in several assigned territories in collaboration with the line manager.

Coordinate with the commercial director for an effective trunk show/ business trip in several countries to attract new clients and increase revenue.

Develop and implement sales strategies and attract clients in new countries to increase sales and boost ROI.

Collect clients’ feedback and market research.

Maintain customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates for both line manager and new client(s); prepare, update and distribute monthly reports.

Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, and develop presentation formats and materials.

Build and maintain positive relationships with current and new clients for the sake to increase profit, up & cross sell dresses.

Assist the customer(s) by answering their queries via several online channels and sell the company's products and services.

Help improve brand awareness and social media presence on different channels and in cooperation with the marketing department when need it.

Liaise with the Chef d’atelier to ensure a smooth process of the orders, products and dresses.

Create weekly, monthly & Quarterly sales report to the commercial director and management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
5 years plus of experience in sales or related field; previous experience as Sales consultant and client service in a Luxury Atelier is a must.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
