• Prepares & fill the side stations for the next shift;
• Serves Food & Beverages from kitchen and bar to floor;
• Keeps his station and area clean and filled
• Supports the bar area during service time refills bar stock;
• Takes filled racks (Cutleries, Glasses, Porcelain…) to the Kitchen (dishwasher area);
• Maintains & re-stocks his station continuously during shift (Cutleries, Napkins …) in a proper way
