Operation Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team. In this role, he/she will be responsible for coordinating between accounting, logistics, and production departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production is required
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively between different departments
- Experience working in big chain companies is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production operations
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Coordinate with accounting to track production costs and budgeting
- Work closely with logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Implement strategies to improve production processes and quality control
