Job Requirements
Previous sales experience a must – Technology sales is a plus
Minimum 1 year of computer service experience
Excellent knowledge of PC, Notebook and Server
Proven ability to meet sales goals
Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Technical abilities, PC and Internet literacy
The ability to be assertive and professional in greeting and attracting passive consumers as well as show initiative in follow-up calls and sales activities during non-peak times

Responsibilities
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction
Follow up on daily basis with customers to meet theiir needs via phone calls, emails, and one-on-one meetings
Follow all company procedures and policies faithfully
Execute all transactions quickly and accurately
Communicate positively with store team members, customers, regional’s, and headquarters
Maintain a fit and healthy technology mind
Effectively utilize company resources, including inventory and advertising
Recommend selections that meet the customer's needs, and emphasize selling points of items such as quality, utility, versatility, etc.
Collect and save customer data base
