We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Maintenance Manager to join our team overseeing the maintenance operations of our production facility, ensuring the efficient and reliable functioning of all machinery and equipment to join our team based in Beqaa.

Core responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.
2. Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
3. Collaborate with production to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
4. Identify and address equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize production delays.
5. Source and manage external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
6. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
7. Implement and uphold safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in plant maintenance management, preferably in the beverage or food manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
6. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the manufacturing industry.
7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
