Customer Support Representative / Software and Hardware

Job Summary
1. Customer relations representatives handle customer accounts and provide guidance on
enhancing customer relationships. They focus on quality, pricing and product
differentiation based on their understanding of the customer environment, including
customer influences, decision-makers and business challenges. They create and retain
customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, planning
and developing customer-focused programs, overseeing the resolution of customer
concerns and facilitating the delivery of goods or services to the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Teach the customers about the software
• Provide training in company products to company staff and retailers to increase their
sales effectiveness.
• Oversee the provision of help desk support to customers experiencing difficulties with
company products.
• Pass any customer comments on products to research and development staff to enable
them to identify any potential improvements in products.
• Attend exhibitions to demonstrate company products.
• Conduct presentations to existing and potential customers in support of the sales and
marketing functions.
• Handle client’s complaints and ensure that both company and customer are getting
their fair value.
• A sharp follow up and reporting of claim to the customer and management should be
done, with appointed deadlines to satisfy customer’s eager
Provide training at the premises of the company
• Handle online and onsite support
• Prepare offers for prospects starting by collecting data.
• Testing and Quality Assurance.

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor degree in MIS / Business Computing / Business Management
Experience
2 to 4 years as customer support
