Role Overview:
As a Foreman at our firm, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing construction activities, managing project timelines, and ensuring that designs are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety. From coordinating with subcontractors to liaising with project managers, you'll be responsible for keeping projects on track and within budget. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Manage and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and address project requirements.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards, addressing any deficiencies or deviations promptly.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses, reporting updates to stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman or Construction Supervisor, preferably in a consulting or construction management role.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with additional languages considered a plus
