Scope:
- The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned geographical area. He is accountable for executing timely sales activities that maximize sales profitability and growth by effectively selling the company’s products (Alfa & Touch prepaid cards and prepaid lines). He will ensure establishing and maintaining excellent customer-relationship with company’s current and potential customers aiming to drive permanent sales relationship with OMT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in expanding sales network & maintain valuable relationships with customers o Analyze the assigned geographical area and determine key locations for sales o Research sources for developing future customers and for determining their potential
- Ensure timely execution of sales activities to retail shops while providing them a high quality service and understanding clearly their requirements
- Receive stock quantity from Supervisor as per preset target; evaluate own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed the preset target
- Negotiate variations in price in order to carry out sales efficiently o Gather information and maintain knowledge on market competition and competitive sales factors
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers in the assigned area to generate new businesses; collected needed information
- Handle proper delivery and collection of legal documents and agreements related to unit’s sales and Telecom Operators
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports related to sales transactions, progress on goals/targets and status of prospective customers; suggest recommendations serving to increase sales profitability
- Perform any other duties related to his/her scope of work and competencies needed in order to meet the ongoing organizational needs.
Job specifications:
- Education: TS Degree or equivalent in experience
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales, wholesalers, retail shops, or customer-facing sales role with a proven track record of success
- Linguistic Skills: Moderate in Arabic written & spoken, Basic in English
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge in Ms. Office
- Other Requirements: Basic knowledge in using electronic tools/machines (e.g. handheld)
- Physical Demands: The job operates frequently outside OMT Head-Office and requires driving company’s motorcycle and carrying low weights (transporting, placing, taking out documents, tools, small products)
