We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Marketing Manager at a prestigious institution committed to excellence in education, research, and community engagement, we are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative individual to lead our marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the university's programs, events, and initiatives to prospective students, alumni, donors, and the broader community.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring alignment with the university's branding and messaging guidelines.
Collaborate with internal departments, including admissions, academic programs, and student services, to identify marketing needs and develop targeted campaigns to meet their objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, providing insights to inform marketing decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the university's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, to enhance visibility, engagement, and user experience.
Plan and coordinate university events, such as open houses, information sessions, and alumni gatherings, to enhance recruitment, retention, and community relations efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant metrics and analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Supervise and mentor marketing team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the successful execution of marketing projects and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the higher education sector or a related industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems; experience with graphic design software is a plus.
Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
