Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a company in Choueifat to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management and control.
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity levels.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure
