We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty and personal care store in Beirut.

Main Duties:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure that the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Conduct regular staff training and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and availability of products.
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field is preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Store Manager in a beauty and personal care store or a similar retail environment.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Solid understanding of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.


• Knowledge of beauty and personal care products is preferred.


• Familiarity with customer service best practices.


• Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software.


• Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
