A Housekeeping Supervisor is required for a cleaning Company in Lebanon

Responsibilities:
-Supervises housekeeping staff and coordinates staffing schedules to ensure the proper cleaning of offices, public areas and patient rooms etc...
-Conducts regular inspections of all Patient rooms, public areas and bathrooms….
-Plans and schedules cleaning programs and daily monitoring the dashboard in order to have requests are immediately attended to
-Check attendance of assigned operators, report absences and request replacement. Give instructions to assigned team to meet the required work schedule.
-Ensure, through regular inspections, the proper use of cleaning materials, and maintain equipment’s clean at all times
-Supervise and control waste management and recycling
-Maintain appropriate standards for dress code policy and procedure such as, hygiene, appearance, uniforms, i.e.
-Preparing and following up on maintenance reports
-Monitor chemical consumptions and site supply requisitions to ensure costs are kept to a minimum without losing the Quality of Services
-Supervise and control floor care activities to maintain hospital flooring in optimal conditions
-Conduct competency tests for the personnel

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in hospitality management.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a healthcare setting preferred
-Time management, problems solver and aware about details
