Responsibilities:
1. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
3. Report on buying trends, customer needs and products shortage.
4. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
5. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
6. Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.

Requirements:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
3. Bachelor degree in Hospitality or any relevant field.
4. Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
5. Customer management skills
